All good firewalls should contain the capability to play whatever games your developers want. Having developers play at work will encourage them to stay late, and work hard! I remember the times that I worked the hardest were the times that I played the most games.

I currently just use a dialup service, with the one computer, so I haven't tried any of these, but soon I will get DSL, and put it all into action.
